Nicole Peragine is the
newest member of the
Pinecrest High School
Fine Arts Department. A
native of New York, she
graduated Suma Cum
Laude in 2007 with a

Fine Arts Department. A

graduated Suma Cum
Laude in 2007 with a
Baccalaureate in Music Education from the nationally
renowned Crane School of Music. While there she
participated in wide variety of musical activities including
the Presidential Scholars program, through which she won
a grant for curriculum development in public school string
programs. This past May Ms. Peragine graduated Magna
Cum Laude from the University of North Carolina at
Greensboro with her Master of Music in Viola
Performance. She is currently a member of the Fayetteville
Symphony and an active teacher both privately and during
the summers at the NYASTA Ithaca College String
Institute.
